Application

High temperature furnaces are the ideal choice for sintering special glass， e.g. quartz glass or for melting trials in the laboratory.

Description of the construction of the furnace:

* frameless construction

* KANTHAL SUPER heating elements

* door equipped with security limit switch

* feeder cables with uniphase or CEE three phase plugs

* furnace equipped with cooling fan

* type B thermocouple on the top of furnace chamber

* INDUSTRY controller allows saving of 30 control programs in the internal controller memory， each program can consist of up to 15 steps， operator may start the desired program on a preset date and time using the installed real time clock

Standard equipment of the furnace includes:

* programmable INDUSTRY controller

* manual door opening TO THE SIDE

Optional accessories:

* PC Interface R 232/485

* software for the monitoring and the recording of the temperature cycle

* temperature graphic recorder

* protective atmosphere supply for one or more gases
